On the road again…15 years on…this is the original Culo Carbonio LE featured in RIDE #13 in 2001.
Rebuilt over the summer with a 10V transmission upgraded with Super Record cranks and brakes and Eurus wheels. Back then, I wanted Nucleon wheels for the review but they were unavailable so the Mavic Classics SSC were used instead.
The ride of this frame is incredibly supple, you cannot detect any harshness from these Eurus G3 wheels. As a side note, the overall weight is indistinguishable from my similarly equipped Colnago Extreme Power.
